Black Friday Terms & Conditions
How it works
• If you sign on or before 22 November, the bank will not draw a debit order on the 1st of Dec.
• The first debit order the bank will draw is on the 1st of January 2020.
• We will refund you the debit order for the 1st of January 2020.
• The first debit order you pay will be 1st of February 2020.
1. By submitting your details during our Black Friday promotion, you agree to accept our terms and conditions set out below.
2. The Black Friday Promotion will begin at 15:00 (GMT+2) on 15 November 2019 (the “Start Date”) and closes at 23:59 (GMT+2) on 22 November 2019 (the “End Date”).
3. To qualify for the free instalment (the “Discount”), the customer needs to register via carsdirect.co.za/purplefriday, or the campaign-specific Facebook lead generation channel, and must complete the entire purchase process during this time.
4. The purchase process consists of successfully completing the following steps:
4.1. Register via the specified participating channels (only carsdirect.co.za/purplefriday, or the campaign-specific Facebook lead generation channel).
4.2. Pass the application and pre-approval.
4.3. Submit documentation for final finance approval.
4.4. Select your dream vehicle.
4.5. Sign contracts.
5. The Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion, or be applied retrospectively. The Discount will not be honoured for orders placed before or after the promotion period. The Discount cannot be applied to previously purchased vehicles. The Discount cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. The Discount is only valid for vehicles purchased and financed through carsdirect.co.za/purplefriday or the campaign-specific Facebook lead generation channel.
7. Carsdirect reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or cancel the Black Friday promotion at its sole discretion.
8. Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above terms and conditions will result in immediate disqualification to form part of the promotion.
